New Year, New Shoes

Is it too late to say happy new year to all of you? If not, happy new year!!

Everyone who knows me personally knows how much I love shoes and how much I value my collection. High heels, in particular. Why? I have no clue but what’s not to love? I could write a whole post about my love for shoes, which I guess is what I’m technically doing haha.

Anyway, like I mentioned here, I got a Sears gift card for Christmas and I used it to purchase a pair of ankle boots that finally came in the mail 2 days ago, yay! I just wanna share how pretty they are with you!

I’ve always wanted ankle boots like these but never wanted to spend over $80 on them so when I saw that they were 50% off on boxing day (they still are), I just couldn’t resist buying them. I’m so satisfied right now with my decision but although they have a bit of grip at the bottom, I unfortunately have to wait till spring/fall to wear them because I’d be too paranoid of slipping to wear them in winter.

What I love most about them, besides how beautiful they look, is that they’re so comfortable to walk in and it honestly doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing heels. Then again, they’re only like 2 3/4 inches. I also love how there’s a zipper on the inner side of the boots. I’ve had boots without zippers and it’s a pain trying to shove your feet in there, trust me.

The decorative buckled strap is also an added bonus!

I totally recommend these boots! I’m so obsessed with them and I think they would be perfect for work, school or any special occasion. Let me know what you think down below and don’t forget to follow me on Instagram!Life with Precious
